Membership billing
Simple monthly invoicing
- Membership payments are invoiced on the first of each month.
- Payment is due promptly on receipt of your invoice.
- Memberships open in set intakes, so your place is confirmed for the next available intake.
Cancellation policy
Changing your appointment
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% treatment fee.
- Same day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 100% of the booked treatment.
- Any deposits or prepayments may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
- Special offers, prepaid packages and memberships may have their own cancellation and redemption conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
